The differing n’s represent missing data where participants chose not to disclose some demographic information. *Sample is made up of 494 from parent only reports, 445 from child only reports and 169 from matched parent and child reports (n = 1108). **IRSD = The Index of Relative Socio-economic Disadvantage, where lower scores represent higher disadvantage (Australian Bureau of Statistics [30]). Ethnicity and weekly income were only collected from parent samples, and IRSD was only collected from child reports
